An integral member of the Victoria Bowmen Archery club for more than 2 decades, Frank was always there to help, whether to participate in a work party, help someone learn the sport or just being there to support, he could always be counted on.
Frank took on Range Safety Officer training late in his career, but took his duty seriously, ensuring everyone was accounted for and conducted themselves in a safe manner. On his caring watch, tackle was fixed, form issues addressed and encouragement given.
Frank was the smiling face at most everything archery in Victoria, he participated in as many shoots as possible and was always there when it was time to work. He took many novices under his wing and lent his enthusiasm to everything archery!
Frank passed shooting 3D, just what he would have wished for, he leaves a great hole in Victoria, British Columbian and Canadian archery.
